“A Vernal man who beat and strangled his roommate to death in July 2013 was sentenced to prison on Tuesday. Christopher Codi Andersen, 29, pleaded guilty to second-degree felony manslaughter in the July 6, 2013 death of 52-year-old Christopher Miller.”
“A man who sexually assaulted a BYU student in her apartment in March was sentenced to prison for up to 15 years on Tuesday. Cyr Narcisse, 23, had pleaded guilty to second-degree felony counts of forcible sexual abuse and burglary.”
“A 48-year-old Layton man [Gary Ellis Hamblin] was sentenced to 10 years to life in the Utah State Prison on charges of attempted sodomy of a child.”
